Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES.

Heaven Network is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or connected with any original game creator, publisher, copyright owner, or trademark holder related to products used alongside our Software unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By clicking the "Link" button, purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Application or Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Heaven Network regarding your use of the Application and Services made available by Heaven Network.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not download, access, purchase, or use the Application or Services.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by Heaven Network for use strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

You are NOT allowed to re-sell, redistribute, leak, or share our Product without written permission from Heaven Network.

License pricing, module pricing, subscription pricing, and service availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Heaven Network grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited perpetual license to download, install, and use the purchased Application and purchased Modules strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

The perpetual license remains valid while Heaven Network's:

• licensing systems
• authentication systems
• activation services
• update infrastructure
• or related online services

remain operational.

Your license applies only to the purchased Software, purchased Modules, and features included in your package at the time of purchase.

Ownership of existing purchased Modules does NOT automatically grant access to future Modules, premium features, enterprise tools, or separately released products.

Your license may include:

• bug fixes
• maintenance updates
• security updates
• major version updates

for the licensed Software and purchased Modules.

Heaven Network reserves the right to release:

• new modules
• premium features
• cloud services
• enterprise tools
• subscriptions
• or separate products

which may require additional payment, separate perpetual licensing, or subscription plans.

You are NOT permitted to:

• re-sell or redistribute the Software without permission
• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• bypass or tamper with licensing or authentication systems
• share license credentials or activation access
• abuse update or support systems
• use stolen payment methods or fraudulent transactions
• perform malicious activity against Heaven Network infrastructure
• create competing products using proprietary components

The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content, services, applications, or websites ("Third-Party Services").

Heaven Network is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or content of Third-Party Services.

Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Refund requests may only be considered if:

• the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• the Software or Service was never accessed or activated
• the purchase qualifies under Heaven Network refund eligibility

Certain products, including Massive Give Tools, may have separate refund requirements.

If you cancel a subscription, access to subscription-based services or modules may immediately end or expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Heaven Network does not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of:

• authentication systems
• activation servers
• licensing systems
• update infrastructure
• cloud services

Heaven Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or terminate services at any time.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Heaven Network.

Heaven Network may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Software.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your systems.

Heaven Network shall not be liable for:

• downtime
• data loss
• lost profits
• business interruption
• service interruptions
• security incidents
• indirect or consequential damages

The Software and Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Heaven Network regarding the use of the Application and Services and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.

Additional terms may apply to specific products, subscriptions, services, or purchases.
